Future cooperation on the delivery of marine courses for the Gulf region was discussed when MENAS General Manager Mahdi Al Mosawi and Training & Quality Manager Jaffer Abdulla met with Capt. Turki Al Shehri, Managing Director of Saudi National Maritime Academy and his management and academy teams.
In the meeting, held on 10th December at NMA headquarters in Jubail, KSA, NMA provided an overview of its historical background, organisational structure, accreditations, module courses, student entry requirements, programme journey, and future goals and strategies.
Mr Al Mosawi also shared insights into MENAS’ history, services, and its role in the Gulf region and, following the presentations, both parties engaged in discussions regarding common foundations for future cooperation and deliberated on how to initiate collaboration.
MENAS extended an invitation to Capt. Turki Al Shehri and his team to visit the MENAS facility for an in-depth exploration of the services offered and the meeting concluded with a tour of the NMA facility and training centre.
